Chinese fire belly newt larva!

My first ever hatchling!! Never owned newts before so any tips welcome
I bought the eggs and they came through the post :)
What a fun experience,I breed orientalis if I can offer any advice that big ole tank surely is nice but with larva either make sure there is a a live food culture sustainable enough to support itself,or focus on target feeding with a piper it’s easy for a larva to get lost in large spaces and starve

Thank you!! I appreciate it

I'm hatching baby brine shrimp for them daily and they are eating super well

Definitely moving around more often now too! Can't wait

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
