Hi Everyone,
I introduced my axies poncho and heathcliff last year. They outgrew their 2ft tank and have been enjoying their 3ft tank for a few months now. Any suggestions or comments on the tank appearance? I'm hoping to get some more plants, probably fake, to complete the tank look. Also a pic of poncho (golden albino) and heathcliff (melanoid).

:) Greta

Very nice. Plenty of hiding spots. I'd add more plants, if you like. I know mine love hiding in theirs. I use silk plants, as I can't keep other plants alive.

Thanks for the comments!
Looking forward to adding some plants too. Setting up the tank is definately an ongoing process and very addictive!

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
