could a mod move this to the photos for animals section? :D

Done!

They're looking great Chris! Nice and fat :famous:

Okay now Im worried. I saw in your other thread they all morphed! Man mine are still with their gills and hatched about 5 months ago. I am very very concerned.

I forgot to add, is this in the new tank you built? Get a shot of the who shibang.

Also, do you have any tips to help out metamorph? In eveything Ive read I see temp controls morph speed. But I dont see if its hot/cold either speeds or slows it. I was thinking of throwing some ice cubes in with mine. THough its already cold.

i keep an a/c running in the newt room if that helps ya. temps maintain about 70-75 F.

Yea same with me, only I keep them under a ceiling fan I always have on. Hmmmm. I wonder what the delay is.

I forgot to say great pics! Are they going to the water?

I finished my tank on friday. Its been cycling and Im getting plants for it. I'll be putting my pics up soon :)

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
