My axies

Hey!
I've finally got some clear pics of my little axies.
They're called Nobby and Casper.
I just recently discovered that Nobby is a boy but I think Casper is a girl?
Would love to get some babies if i'm right but scared to put them together again cos they used to fight when they were younger and Nobby bit Casper's arm off!

Daww they're cute. I got 4 together in my setup & they dont fight which is lucky coz 2 are young & 2 are old but yours are pretty :D

Are you sure they were fighting Cheryl?
Axolotls will take a chomp out of anything that moves.
I have observed my 2 moving around the tank and every so often one will get too close to the others mouth and receive a good nip, but apart from that they are peaceful and share the same hiding place.
 
I noticed them having little nips at each other at first and I just left them. Then one day they started like wrestling (that's the best way I can describe it). They were both facing upwards towards the surface and biting at each other's legs.
My boyfriend had to separate them with the tank thermometer. So I can only presume they were fighting.
I'm still learning about axies so I could be wrong though.

My two adults dont fight but like gr33neyes said, if one or the other floats past the other normaly nips just incase t'other was food. And yours are still too young to be able to sex, you need to wait until there finger nails go dark before sexing them.
