Hi, My name is Bret, I have always thought axolotl were amazing animals but never had one, but now i am looking to get one. Does Anyone know were i could get 1 from or is their a classidied section on here?

Anways, I am From the Tampa Bay area in Fl.
I am a Reptile Breeder, mainly Leopard Geckos. I have a website up with some pics of my leos but not updated, it;s Baysidegeckos.com
But here are some Photos of some Leos i produced last year.

But i really want one of these facinating creatuers (axolotl), does anyone have a way of letting me know, thank you in advance.

ohh yea, and the 1st pic is a Raptor Leopard gecko
2nd one is a Super Snow Bell Albino and
3rd one is a Carrot tail

Welcome. Yes, there is a classified section here. Also, this question comes up a lot so you can search for old forum posts. As a reptile breeder, you are probably accustomed to keeping animals warm, but consider that axolotls need to be kept cold - may not be easy in FL, depending on your situation.

Thanks for the Info, i have been doing alot of research the Last day about them and am learing alot!

I dont beleave it will be to hard for me to care for them properly, as i do have to take care of my Leopards in a special way. So i just have to make sure to Read up on them before i get one.

I have been searching but couldnt find the exact answer i was looking for, What is the Ideal temp for their water in their tank?
