Hi everyone,

My name is Vikki. I have had my axolotl, Archamedies for about 10 months now he is about 7 or 8 inches long. I came to this forum because I have been considering getting him a friend for some time and my local pet shop has just informed me that he is getting some 4 or 5 inch ones in tomorrow so I came to the site for advice and to find out how to sex archie... I think he is a male. Seems like a nice friendly site with lots of knowledgable people :)

Hi there! I just joined here and got my Axolotls yesterday! I think I have a pair (1 male, 1 female) but am also slightly unsure. My axi's are about 6 inches long if that! I'm glad to hear of someone local (I'm just over the Pennines in Bradford) that is doing well with an axi! :happy:
