Just thought I would share some better pics of Tony, my favorite wild type, and my new golden albino baby, I'v decided to call him lion :D

They are very beautiful! Makes me want to get one!! I can't in my tiny one bedroom apartment right now. I have 7 wonderful creatures I would not trade for the world.:happy:

You might want to think about entering your pictures for the calendar contest.

I love your golden axie :) but tony is beautiful aswell:smile:.
 
beautiful axies! i just got my first caudate ever, a gold albino axie, your's looks like mine supersized :p

    Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
