Sorry, can't help myself

Lol just wait til i get a lead for my phone! I have loads to upload!!

I love your tank, wanna swap? mine needs doing out. I only put them in as a temporary thing, then never sorted it!
Do you have the air stone running at all?

Mel

Yes, can you not see the air line? it is on the left side of the tank resting on one of the logs.
one of them likes eating the bubbles and the other one rests her tail against them. now you have to move all them eggs out of your tank you have an excuse to spring clean, I can not reccomend the pvc piping enough they only cost a couple quid each and they love them.

lol - I know what you mean, Tom! Your tank is gorgeous and your axies beautiful - so why not? I have my tanks almost done so I'm about to add a few pics myself! I especially adore your albino!

Aww they look so happy in their beautiful home :D Little cuties. I wish I could put more stuff in my tank but Kahlua gets stuck so easy because he is such a gimp hehe. It has to be handicap accessible hehe. I love your set up though.

your tank looks great!!
what are the dimensions? it seems huge too, very nicely done!

I only have it on with a weak air flow I don't want to scare them.

The tank is 100cm x 50 x 50

Great set up - its impossible to resist taking pics isnt it lol! :D

I love when the axies have the "ghost" look to them...the pure white gills is pretty sick.

the albino is always white. lazy cow! I used to think she was dead! all she does is munch and sleep...I think she smokes the good stuff! the leucistic is always red but he is a nutter, always walking about hunting

HAHA, I love how your tank looks like a playground! They're both very cute!

hi tom, your tank looks great. did the plants come in those white balls or can you buy them online? i've never seen them in shops around here

Those plants I bought from pets at home, they are made by biorb, quiet expensive though I think it was about £8 for the pair, I prefer the plants with 'boats' you just fill with sand to weigh down I got 3 for less then £10

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
