Just wanted to say hi to everyone, and thanks for all the great information you've posted about Axolotls. I just started my second Axolotl project (with a good 7 year break in-between) and if not for your site I think I would have done a lot of things wrong. So far it's been eating live blackworms from an eye dropper with no issues, and being as lazy as can be. Feel free to check out my creature and let me know how he/she's looking, also if you have any gems of advice.

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
