Baby dinosaur

This is gremlin. He was sold to my wife and son as a "baby dinosaur" Once they brought him home and i found out I knew we had to figure out what he was because keeping him in the half gallon cage that he was sold in wasnt right. I also knew if he died my son would be heart broken. He loves animals with an intensity i have seen in few people. If it wasnt for finding this site with all its useful information he may have indeed died. I am currently offshore working but luckily have access to internet and was able to find this site. I would like to thank everyone who is a part of this community for posting and making the information on this subject so available. Hopefully our larval tiger salamander will live a long happy life!

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
