Today's Tylototriton.sp MangShan shipped by courier to, but found the head abrasions.Wound me. Erythromycin the Eye Ointment wipe hope this is effective. I want to know you have any good suggestions for transport packaging to reduce scratches or other damage during transport?

with the sores of the Tylo i'll use some topic cream with silver sulfate and A vitamin, good for the skin recovery. Mine T. shanjing came with a bigger sore, i treat it with the cream and it takes 20 days to recover 100%
With the Pachynobius some iodine dilluted in water to disinfect the wound. Keep both animals separated from the healthy ones, hydrated and in a clean disinfected set up with a lot of hiding places to avoid stress. Good luck with them and keep us informed.

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
