So I stumbled across this little guy in the fall
i think its a rough skinned newt... he rekindled a lifelong love of herps and inspired a lot of Internet research that lead to me building a dart frog vivarium ( that is currently growing in and awaiting inhabitants). Anyway I found this guy 
in my basement about a week ago and decided to try to make him a home out of a 29 gallon tank I had. Right now I've got him set up in a sweater box with a hide and a little water tub
he loves night crawlers and seems right at home.
I am super excited about the wide world of caudata's, and also any advice about my new friend would be very welcome.
