Tell me, how did you get one so young? I'm looking to get a small juvenile to start off with (basically from the stage they require daily feeding) but can't find any breeders local to me. I suppose there are more in London. c=

Hi, thanks for the compliments, I am quite proud of the little guy and his gills are even floofier now!
I got him as a hatchling from a breeder in Kent; with the high mortality rate in hatchlings just getting one was a bit of a gamble, especially as it was my first axolotl, but he was no bother at all
She advertised on Preloved.com and there are loads of axolotl babies on there atm if your willing to travel a bit. From where I live I travelled two hours on the train for my fella, was worth it
