Meet my lovely, though controversial, Morphey. As yet unsexed or named he or she appears to be settling in well and is costing me a small fortune in worms.

I would like to make it clear I did not morph this animal myself acquiring him/her post morphing from another member on this site. I would also like to point out that I do not normally handle my 'squishies', originally he/she was on a white envelope so he/she would show up better on the flash free photography, he/she decided to sprint over the envelope and I had to pick him/her up to stop them going splat on the floor, my boyfriend snapped a couple of shots as I put Morphey back in the viv.

Enjoy!

I am not really qualified to answer this, I do know it involved hormones and took several weeks, if you have a look in the axolotl general discussion section you will find a thread started by other more knowledgeable members, I've just taken advantage of their expertise!

He's gorgeous, can't believe he started life as an axie.
