Lavender tinge to juvie

Absolutely beautiful! I would be amazed of that wasn't a lavender. So very purple. Does it stay the same color even in different lighting? I have a copper axolotl that looks very purple like that but only in certain lighting. The rest of the time he looks like a normal copper.

Yes that is the colour they always stayed under any lighting. The picture was taken under natural sun slight coming into the room but plan I putting a light on the tank. I had several babies this colour

Clareclare:Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?+1
