Black spot

Hello please could someone help me my barred tiger salamander has got loads of pinprick black spots come up all over her. i phoned the vets and they told me its stress as iv moved her into to a bigger tank. iv have moved her a few times before and she has never gone like this before. i have had her for 4 years now and im getting worried the vets refused to see my sal yesterday. please could someone on here help me please. thank you

It seems to me that your vet doesn't have much experience with amphibians. Vets without experience tend to just say that it's stress and that definitely doesn't seem like anything that results from stress. How long ago did the spots appear? It might also be helpful to see some pictures in case someone has experienced something similar. I'm not sure what it is but I would say to monitor her and make sure she's still acting and eating normally.

thank you for getting back to me. i really dont know what to. i have some pics. she is still walking around loads but she has not really eaten anything in a few days.
