I'm based in sussex u.k.I have 16 axolotls which hatched 3 1/2 weeks ago and are wolfing down daphnia, I bought 20 eggs on ebay, and the young are a mixture of wild and white type. they are growing fast even with water temp 15-18. my first axolotls though have brought on newts from egg stage.like the look of salamanders though none native to uk, and holland and belgium has had outbreaks of that killer fungus, so probably not the best time to look.
