Hi, This is a really hard post for me to make but.
My axolotl’s name is Toothless.
I’ve had Toothless for about 7 months and shes in good health, It’s just I don’t have the financial resources to take the proper care of her that she deserves. I’m a first time owner with taking care of an axolotl, I really want her to find a good home. If there’s anyone in the Fairfield County in Connecticut willing to take her please respond to this thread.

I’ve attached some photos below of her, she means so much to me, I’d really like for her to find someone willing to take her in

There's lots of good people on these forums. She'll definitely find a good home. And it looks like you take care of her well too. It's always a hard decision but you're doing what's best for her.

you're doing the right thing by surrendering her. it takes a lot to realize that you aren't the best possible home for an animal you love so dearly, and it can be very difficult to come to terms with. she's beautiful, and she seems to have been taken care of well.

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
