I’m suspecting my female axolotl is pregnant. Yesterday she hopped the barrier and spent the night with the male on the other side. I’m nervous about all the eggs and removing them all from the tank. Would it be okay to tub her and possibly fridge her so I can deal with all the eggs at once? I really don’t want to cause any complications for her.

Pregnancy doesn't last long in axolotls. You can tub her with some fake or real plants but you shouldn't fridge her if she's pregnant. Spending a night with a male won't make her pregnant either unless there are sperm cones.

Just to help me understand :
Are you planning to tub her so that she lays her eggs in the tub and not in the tank ?
Ok but don't forget to put a lid (she already proved she was a good hopper).
The temperature should remain the same as in her tank - please don't fridge her.

Have you actually seen spermatophores in the tank ?

it wouldn't be a good idea to fridge her without any need to do so as it could be harmful to her and any eggs if she lays any, breeding takes place when temperature is warmer not colder.
