I’ve had this rescue axolotl for a month and she has been improving daily, eats really well and loves to play in her bubbles. However last night she vomited a bunch of food up and then seemed fine. Then today we saw a little black spot on her bottom and it sucked back in and her butt began to float and she vomited again. The vet is closed until Tuesday and all the other vets I’ve called dont do axolotl care. History: she was in very very bad shape when we got her and had been housed in a 6 gallon tank with small gravel (see pic) she has pooped one diarrhea one normal and 2 rocks. She has been very active and thriving until last night. We got her a new bubbler and new large IAL she’s tubbed awaiting her tank to cycle. She is still wanting to eat as well. Should I fridge her?
