They were laid the 24th and 25th of last month

It definitely looks like there has been development in some of your eggs, at least from what I can see in the photo. At the 9/10-day mark they do tend to be slightly more developed, but that can be temperature dependent. What temperature are you keeping them at? Also, have you seen any changes in the eggs these last few days? In my opinion, I would keep an eye on them (or better yet take daily photos!) to spot development. I'm not an expert, though!

My house has central sir so the house is 68 and water is the same and I've scene changes in the eggs for sure. Thank you for the advice should I move them in a warmer area?

Nope, that's fine! If they're developing I don't see any reason to change what you've got. Just keep a close eye on them and keep the water clean + mold free and you should be good to go!
