Common Toads

Hi Everybody, I've been on this site for a couple of years but have never been able to place ads or post comments. I'm interested in acquiring common toads, spawn or toadpoles in the next few weeks or months for my garden and garden pond in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Am I right in thinking that it is legal for them to be bought and sold if they are captive bred? I'm also interested in acquiring some common frogs. Any comments will be gratefully received.
