It will most likely not survive that temperature.
Please do not do this. Pacmans do not need to aestivate (hibernate) unless you want to get them ready for breeding. DONT PUT THEM OUTSIDE IN THE COLD THEY WILL MOST LIKELY DIE!
If you want to hibernate your pacman just dry the tank out and keep the temps around 75-78F and they will do it on thier own.
Then in a month or two you can wake them up by misting them and raising the humidity of the tank.
