Found these while doing a quick herp are these slimy salamander eggs?

Not sure of the spp but they really look like salamander eggs of some kind!

Not likely, they may look similar but those are almost definitely slug eggs. Slimys will stay with the eggs until they hatch most of the time. Also you wouldn't likely see so many together like that.
 
Yeah, gotta say that they look a lot like slug eggs.

    Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
