Bufo marinus me thinks
They are fairly widespread through cental america and south america... The huge parotid glands and shape of the face give it away... unless there is a similar looking species?

I CAN show you another wild B. marinus, but from Brazil (Manaus) to compare...
I do agree the rostrum is similar if you at least want to go by that, but I am not very knowledgeable of tropical herps.
