I found this one under some leaf litter along side a smaller creek in Ottawa, Ontario. Anyone have an idea of what kind?

Looks like some kind of Plethodon. Maybe Plethodon cinereus? I think they can have a coloration like that. Someone with more experience in that area could probably give a better ID.
 
Eastern redback salamander, Plethodon cinereus. Other plethodontids occur in Ontario and Quebec, but the redback is the only one in that area, and the only one which looks like this [albeit a dark color phase].
