Hi everyone. My fire belly’s recently gave birth and Iv had the larvae for over a month now. However three of the ten I have managed to catch from the tank have lost the use of their limbs and just lay on their sides or upside down. What can I do to stop this? Water is changed

Are they eating? I don't have experience with firebelly newts, but I know my baby axolotls would float if they didn't eat. Air would get in their tummies from being hungry. I've heard of baby axolotls floating due to them adjusting to higher-protein diets as well. Maybe this is the case with your newts? Just a thought. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
