My axolotl, Lychee, is about 9 months and something about her I've noticed is that one front foot is webbed while the other is not. It doesn't seem to bother her and she's a very hyper swimmer, and sometimes her tail and legs turn pink (shown in 2nd photo) so it doesn't effect her swimming but I was just wondering is this just like a mutation of some sort? Or is this common among axies?

All her parameters are good and water temp is usually kept at or below 66, never going above 70 on hot days, and she eats 2 red worms every 2-3 days for anyone curious.

webbing between the toes is as common as not having webbing and isn't unusual.
white/pink and albino axolotls tend to become slightly flushed whilst active (harder to tell with dark and wild types), flushed tail/body etc.. whilst inactive it can be a cause of concern although normally it can be put down to warm temperatures.
