Question: Cooling/filtering system

I have included pictures...can someone please help me with finding a user guide or some instructions on how to turn it off so I can do a tank clean, then turn it back on once I am finished?

When i clean my tank i usually just switch them off at the wall. I tried finding a user manual but i unfortuantly couldnt find one. When i finish the tank clean and refill the tank i usually just switch the fiter and cooler back on.

I was looking and was unable to find anything on the aqua culture chiller.
I did find the manual for the Fluval filtering system because my pet store has them and the parts.
