Took these a while back and posted them to the facebook group but never made it over here, so I thought I should share them :) This is a few shots of the same specimen as he wandered around.

There is a dozen or so in there now with 6 of them being adults I caught earlier this spring, and 6 are this years juveniles I caught from late this summer. The adults have bred twice so far in this system, once in the spring and again in the fall. I just found 3 more larval newts while rearranging and they are doing well on the tubifex worms and scuds that are thriving in the tank. Also noticed lots of small wood lice so their food sources are doing well it seems. The adults and larger juveniles get their fill twice a week on chopped nightcrawlers, and I've introduced a handful of terrerstrial snails that have yet to reproduce, but will hopefully provide another small treat for them.

And a not so good photo of my recently re-scaped paludarium for them. Cool thing about re arranging things in there is that I was able to open up a bit more water area for them by making the landscape more vertical. A good number of them utilize the vertical scape and climb all up into the large group of ferns and the very top.

Great shots! Love the fungus photo.

Nice pictures! I have seen T. granulosa swimming along streams in forests. I think you have recreated their natural habitat nicely.
