I have daphnia and Moina cultures I would like to get eggs from. I would like to dry the substrate with eggs in it to add to water at a later date.
How can I achieve this?
I have tried to stress the Moina by reducing water and increasing the population and letting the water slowly evaporate but this did not work.
When I add water to the dried substrate I did get anything to hatch from it.
Any advice would be appreciated.
