Made a tank for baby fire belly newts. Haven’t found a breeder yet but hopefully will. What do you guys think of this setup?

Sounds very realistic.
Just 2 remarks :
- Baby fire bellies are usually fully terrestrial, so they will be most of the time on the terrestrial part where the'll have to be fed with little living preys,
- What is the electric wire for ? whatever it is, a baby fire belly can escape easily by this way.

It’s for the water pump that is cycling water around the tank

If you find a breeder, you'll certainly get fully terrestrial babies. They'll stay fully terrestrial for years. Cycling (?) the water isn't an emergency.
The setup for baby firebellies is more like that of salamanders, with dead leaves and moss.
Preventig escapes is the real emergency.

Water is far too deep for terrestrial juvenile firebelly newts. They'd drown in that.
