Are kaiser larvae cannibalistic.? I have a good size group in a container and my first one died ...weird thing is that the belly was pink...butbit had a missing arm...when I did the water change yest they were fine...any ideas?

I would count on the possibility of cannibalism in any caudate. Could have been munched on after it died also.

I've raised many kaiseri larvae. If the size differential is very significant, they can and will try to eat smaller siblings. Also, even between similar-sized animals, they will often bite legs/tails/toes off when in a feeding frenzy.
