I love T. verrucosus, they remind me of little dinosaurs, I have a 400 litre corner tank in my lounge that would be the perfect home for a group of them, The only problem is my 20+ year old pleco lives there, and i'm starting to wonder if he'll out live me! A pleco's for life not just for xmas, i guess
I have been feeding them white worms as well as small earthworms cut up but only the biggest one has tried them as far as I've seen and the two largest have eaten small isopods. I have to thank otter woman for the white worm culture you sent me. Whats the best way to collect the white worms to feed off? Thanks again
I didn't really send that many, just what was in their substrate. If you want to start a culture, take some and put them in dirt with a small piece of bread. I have some vids I made how I grow and culture them in this thread. When I sell a culture, it's dirt with a lot more worms than I sent you in a tub the size of a small butter tub or a container from a dozen nightcrawlers. (RECYCLE!!!)
