Hello!
I am working on redoing some of my tanks and have this old piece of wood I got a long time ago. It used to be in my leopard gecko enclosure but I was wondering if it could go into an aquarium? I have been looking up if it’s safe or not but can’t seem to find any good info, here is a pic of it let me know what you think. I soaked and scrubbed it before these pictures so everything hanging off won’t come off.

adding driftwood is quite safe, just make sure that there are no sharp edges or other means of impalement.
be away the driftwood will leach tannins into the water which are slightly acidic and will also colour the water.
